This is free for single users, so there's no ongoing license fee. If you have more than one user, then the cost for the initial version (Express) is £7 per user/month so very affordable for most businesses.

Implementation costs will vary dependent on requirements. A typical UK SMB with 5 users migrating from spreadsheets or an old legacy CRM should budget for 20 hours of implementation costs - this equates to £1,800+VAT based on our current rates. However, if you use our online training resources, you may be able to complete the imports, customisation and integrations yourself.
