How much does secure, cloud CRM cost?

The cost really does depend on your requirements - which we will capture during your free initial consultation. For UK SMBs, we usually recommend Zoho Bigin CRM. This is free for single users, so there's no ongoing license fee. If you have more than one user, then the cost for the initial version (Express) is £7 per user/month so very affordable for most businesses.

Implementation costs will vary dependent on requirements. A typical UK SMB with 5 users migrating from spreadsheets or an old legacy CRM should budget for 20 hours of implementation costs - this equates to £1,800+VAT based on our current rates. However, if you use our online training resources, you may be able to complete the imports, customisation and integrations yourself.

Is there a preferred CRM?

We've been a Zoho Advanced Partner for 11 years and completed over 250 implementations using the technology. Zoho is secure, reliable and flexible, so it's normally the technology that we recommend. However, if we believe there is a better cloud tool that will meet your needs, we will tell you. The customer need always comes first.

Do you provide onsite training?

We're very happy to visit your site to provide training and a fully immersive introduction to your new CRM.

How long does implementation take?

We always allow up to 4 weeks for a standard CRM implementation.

Can we add our email marketing platform?

We support Zoho Campaigns, MailChimp and Constant Contact out-of-the-box. This means that we'll connect up your CRM to sync Lists and Contacts automatically. We can integrate with other Email Marketing Platforms, but this would be managed under our Advanced Support service. If you don't already have an Email Marketing tool, we can include Zoho Campaigns in your package.

Can you integrate our other cloud services?

As long as your chosen service has an Open API or is available in Zapier, then we can connect up your existing systems. This includes finance systems such as Xero and Quickbooks.

Do you cover our sector?

The technology that we use (Zoho) is completely customisable. With our SMB business experience, we ask the right questions to ensure that the CRM fits your business and sector rather than the other way around. So, in short, we can cover all SMB sectors.
