About Us

Target Cloud was founded in 2014 by Craig Davies after a successful career in corporate sales with BT Global Services. Craig’s vision was to use his technical expertise and business experience to help small businesses embrace the cloud and transform the way they work. Since then, we’ve delivered over 300 successful CRM implementations and built a long-standing partnership with Zoho, specializing in Sales, Marketing, and Service applications across all sectors. Our team has grown to include Sara, Duncan, and Tommy, supported by a network of collaborative partners, all dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with tailored cloud solutions.

​Timeline

2014

Established by Craig Davies with just two clients. Working as a Sales Manager using SugarCRM for an Address Lookup specialist company and as a BDM for a small, local IT firm.

2015

We first discovered Zoho by accident when a client recommended a CRM solution. After conducting a thorough analysis and reviewing its security and compliance standards, we were immediately impressed. What truly hooked us was Zoho’s technology, its robust support model, customer-focused culture, and the simplicity of its applications. That moment marked the beginning of a partnership that has grown stronger over the years, enabling us to deliver powerful, easy-to-use solutions for businesses of all sizes.



2016

Craig played a key role in building business communities, establishing 4Networking in East Anglia and growing it to over 150 members with 12 regular meetings. This experience reinforced the importance of strong relationships and networking in driving business success—values that remain at the heart of Target Cloud today.

2017

As Target Cloud grew, Sara joined the team to focus on managing the business and ensuring smooth operations. Her leadership and organizational skills have been key to our continued success, allowing Craig and the technical team to concentrate on delivering exceptional CRM solutions.


Craig’s commitment to Zoho deepened when he attended the Zoho One launch in Chennai, gaining firsthand insight into Zoho’s vision for integrated business solutions. This experience strengthened our partnership and allowed us to bring even more value to our clients through expert knowledge and practical implementation.



2018

As our client base grew, Duncan joined the team to focus on client satisfaction and support. His dedication to delivering exceptional service ensures that every client gets the most out of their CRM solution. Duncan works closely with businesses to provide guidance, resolve challenges quickly, and maintain strong relationships—helping us uphold our reputation for reliability and customer care.


2019

Craig’s dedication to continuous learning and expertise led him to attend Zoholics in Austin, Texas, where he gained official Zoho certifications. This hands-on experience with Zoho’s global team reinforced our commitment to delivering best-in-class CRM solutions and staying ahead of the curve in technology and best practices.

2020

One of our proudest milestones was implementing Zoho CRM for a large cruise line company, migrating them from a 20-year-old legacy system to a modern, cloud-based solution. This project involved complex integrations to connect multiple systems and streamline operations, showcasing our ability to handle enterprise-level requirements while maintaining Zoho’s flexibility and simplicity. It reinforced our reputation for delivering tailored solutions that meet unique business needs across diverse sectors.

2021

Continuing our mission to simplify CRM adoption, we developed and launched the CRM Toolkit for Zoho CRM—a practical resource designed to help businesses implement and optimize their Zoho systems with ease. One of its standout features is type-ahead address lookup, which speeds up data entry and ensures accuracy by automatically suggesting verified addresses as you type. Combined with best practices, templates, and actionable guides, the CRM Toolkit empowers teams to onboard quickly while maintaining clean, high-quality data.

2022

We’re proud to have hit our 250th successful Zoho CRM implementation—a major milestone that reflects our experience and dedication to helping businesses transform with Zoho. Along the way, we achieved Zoho Premium Partner status, a recognition of our expertise, commitment to quality, and ability to deliver advanced solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service applications. These accomplishments reinforce our position as a trusted partner for businesses looking to maximize the power of Zoho.

2023

To deliver even more value to our clients, we’ve established strong partnerships with UK-based Zoho experts and developers. These collaborations allow us to build custom solutions, create advanced integrations, and extend Zoho’s capabilities to meet unique business requirements. By combining our CRM expertise with specialist development skills, we ensure our clients get tailored, scalable solutions that truly fit their needs.

2024

In 2024, we celebrated 10 years in business—a decade of helping small businesses transform with Zoho. To mark the occasion, Craig took a summer sabbatical that included an adventure race in Croatia, reflecting the spirit of challenge and growth that drives Target Cloud. This milestone was not just about looking back at our achievements, but also about recharging and preparing for the next chapter of innovation and client success.

2025

To strengthen our presence in the UK small business market, Tommy joined the team to lead marketing initiatives and drive growth. His focus is on creating campaigns that showcase the value of Zoho solutions for small businesses, ensuring our message reaches the right audience and helping more companies start their cloud journey with confidence.

NURFC Old Boys

We now exist as a social club formed from past NURFC players and like minded people. We aim to preserve the club history and to take the club to it's 100th Anniversary and beyond.

ESports Events

Hosted by our Creative Manager, Tommy has organised a large amount of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournaments across the UK in various venues, working closely with local gaming communities as well as No.8 Norwich as a venue. Target Cloud worked closely with these events as a sponser

No Frills

We're a punk, new wave and rock covers band who always make sure everyone has a good time. We play Buzzcocks, The Clash, The Jam, Sex Pistols, The Undertones, Green Day, Foo Fighters, The Specials, Stiff Little Fingers and throw in a few surprises and originals to mix it up a bit.

Target Cloud Run Club

In 2020 Target cloud established a Run Club based in Norwich bringing together a community of passionate runners who raced in multiple events across Norfolk and the UK. This includes the Holkham 10k and Triathlon, Total Warrior, Marriott Way 10k as well as running every Parkrun across Norfolk to raise money for developing communities in Peru
