Zoho have introduced Team Users to CRM

Zoho CRM Team Users - interesting product enhancement...


For as long as I can remember, clients have asked if all users need to have the same license. This has always been the case. For example, if you have Zoho CRM Enterprise, then all users would pay £35 per month.

This can be restrictive if you have staff who only need very basic access - maybe to view records, make sales calls or to add notes/attachments etc.

Zoho have responded to this requirement and introduced Team Users who have the capability to do the following :

✅ View records in any 10 modules.
✅ View and customise their own information under personal settings in CRM.
✅ Add notes, tags, and attachments to records.
✅ View all public custom views, create, and share views.
✅ View records created via integrations.
✅ View Social Brands feeds.
✅ Interact with other CRM users via Feeds.

However, the important thing to note is that Team Users aren't able to Create, Update, and Delete individual records. If this is required, then a full license will be needed.
