In April this year, I attended Zoholics in Austin, Texas. A true global celebration of everything Zoho with a collection of partners, clients and the Zoho team from around the world.

As part of the event, Zoho invited Partners to achieve accreditation in Zoho Analytics.

We’ve seen a massive uptake in the use of Zoho Analytics in 2018/19 especially with our clients who have Zoho One. The product is included as part of the suite but until recently, our clients haven’t unleashed the power. 

We started working with clients who had generated large amounts in CRM and Books and had outgrown the standard reporting available in both tools. They wanted more analysis, more comparisons and complex dashboards. So, we started evaluating Analytics.

Move on 12 months and it’s become our Go-To tool for most reporting when our clients use Zoho One.

We’re also seeing the benefit for non-Zoho clients too. One of the key benefits of Zoho Analytics is that you can connect multiple data sources including some notable tools that we often come across in our client base : Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero, Quickbooks, Shopify, ZenDesk, Google Ads, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube as well as connectivity to any database – local and cloud.

Gaining Accreditation was important to us. As we rollout these complex solutions to our clients, we want to ensure quality, professionalism and best practice at all times.

This accreditation was tough! Including a series of questions that reminded me of my Physics A-Level back in 1992 and a set of practical exercises that I could only have completed having already rolled out client solutions.

But, I made it through. Official accreditation and I have a certificate and everything!
