How long will CRM take to implement?

A CRM Project includes our standard delivery phases :

  • Consultancy : Includes understanding your business goals, current offline and online datasets, processes, organisation and teams and producing a design that will work within Zoho CRM.
  • Implementation : Includes customisation of the CRM based on the design, migration of existing data, adding users and setup of all CRM components.
  • Training : Provision of online webinars for User and Admin training. Both key parts in ensuring a smooth rollout.
  • Advanced Support : Once you're live, we're here to help with enhancements, reporting, workflows, system changes, general advice and much more.
Typically, the process from initial Consultancy to completing user and admin Training takes up to 4 weeks. Following that, our Advanced Support service is continuous but flexible depending on your needs.

What does it cost?

A successful CRM implementation is made up of these costs :

  • Zoho Licensing
  • Consultancy, Implementation

If you're happy to go it alone (not advisable), then you'll just need the Zoho Licenses. We work with Zoho CRM Enterprise edition and Zoho CRMPlus. 

Zoho CRM Enterprise is £30+VAT per user/month billed annually.
Zoho CRMPlus (which includes other Zoho tools) is £40+VAT per user/month billed annually.

Consultancy and Implementation costs vary from project to project, so we'll need to understand your requirements to provide an accurate quote.

On most occasions, Training is provided online. We can provide bespoke sessions tailored to your CRM as well as generic training webinars which go through the basics for users. These are very cost-effective at £45+VAT per session.

Our Advanced Support service is flexible and very valuable for our clients. It provides you with the capability to use Target Cloud for all your enhancements, additions and administration of your CRM. You buy a bank of hours at a preferential rate which you can then activate at any time up to 12 months from the purchase date. Our rates start at £80+VAT per hour.

Target Cloud offer a full package service where we look after all the costs of your CRM solution including the Zoho licensing.
