Proctor UK uses Zoho CRM to manage tenders and quotes
Proctor Roofing has been established since 1890, so over 120 years and provides roofing services for commercial and residential customers. Traditionally, the enquiry, quoting and tender management had all been done manually via paper processing. With the growth of the company, particularly over the last couple of years, Proctors UK required systems and data to increase the levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness that differentiates them from the competition.
Proctor UK approached Target Cloud Consulting to help identify the areas of the business that could be improved with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Working collaboratively, each step of the sales process was evaluated breaking it down into Enquiries, Tenders, Quotes, Contacts, Clients and Maintenance Jobs. By capturing the data for each of these modules in the secure cloud CRM, we were able to streamline process and ensure that the valuable customer enquiries are dealt with swiftly and by the right team member. Managing Tenders and Maintenance jobs has also been significantly improved with the CRM automating task management to ensure that no stone is left unturned.

Their Principal Cloud Consultant, Craig Davies, understood our requirements quickly and developed the initial CRM to reflect the discussions. From there, we were able to develop the CRM in line with new ideas and Target Cloud were quick to respond to changes and updates of the CRM.
