This has always been the case. For example, if you have Zoho CRM Enterprise, then all users would pay £35 per month.</div></span><div style="text-align:left;"><br/></div><span><div style="text-align:left;">This can be restrictive if you have staff who only need very basic access - maybe to view records, make sales calls or to add notes/attachments etc.</div></span><div style="text-align:left;"><br/></div><span><div style="text-align:left;">Zoho have responded to this requirement and introduced Team Users who have the capability to do the following :</div></span><div style="text-align:left;"><br/></div><span><div style="text-align:left;">✅ View records in any 10 modules.</div></span><span><div style="text-align:left;">✅ View and customise their own information under personal settings in CRM.</div></span><span><div style="text-align:left;">✅ Add notes, tags, and attachments to records.</div></span><span><div style="text-align:left;">✅ View all public custom views, create, and share views.</div></span><span><div style="text-align:left;">✅ View records created via integrations.</div></span><span><div style="text-align:left;">✅ View Social Brands feeds.</div></span><span><div style="text-align:left;">✅ Interact with other CRM users via Feeds.</div></span><div style="text-align:left;"><br/></div><span><div style="text-align:left;">However, the important thing to note is that Team Users aren't able to Create, Update, and Delete individual records.
